Day #1: PALERMO AIRPORT – PALERMO
Independent arrival at Palermo Airport, car pick-up, and transfer to the city center. Check-in at the hotel and free time to explore the streets of the Sicilian capital.

Day #2: PALERMO
In the morning, guided tour of Palermo’s historic center, a true mosaic of styles and civilizations. Along lively alleys and monumental squares, discover the architectural and artistic treasures that tell the city’s long multicultural past: Byzantine churches, Arab domes, Baroque façades, and noble palaces. A must-see stop is the Cathedral, custodian of the city’s history and its key figures. The afternoon is free for personal exploration, a stroll through historic markets, or simply to soak up the unique atmosphere of the Sicilian capital. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day #3: SAN BIAGIO DEI PLATANI – AGRIGENTO
After check-out, depart for the Sicilian hinterland, in the heart of the Sicanian area. First stop: San Biagio Platani, a small village famous for its spectacular “Easter Arches,” true works of art made from bread, reeds, and legumes. Here you will experience an authentic Sicily, rich in popular rituals, simple hospitality, and deep-rooted traditions. In the afternoon, continue to Agrigento. Check-in at the hotel and time for an initial impression of the city.

Day #4: VALLEY OF THE TEMPLES – AGRIGENTO
After breakfast, visit the archaeological area of the Valley of the Temples, one of the most beautiful archaeological sites in Italy. Goethe wrote: “Never in all my life have I seen a springtime splendor like this morning at sunrise…”

Day #5: SCIACCA – SCALA DEI TURCHI
Breakfast and departure for Sciacca, a lively fishing village full of charm, known for its ceramic tradition and Arab roots. Accompanied by a local guide, explore the treasures of the historic center and the authentic atmosphere of the port. On the way back, stop at the famous Scala dei Turchi: a spectacular white marl cliff that plunges into the turquoise sea, a unique and protected site for its natural beauty. Return to Agrigento and overnight stay.

Day #6: GIBELLINA – MONREALE
After check-out, depart for Gibellina, a symbol of rebirth and artistic avant-garde. The town is now an open-air museum, dotted with contemporary art installations by internationally renowned artists. In the afternoon, arrive in Monreale and visit the extraordinary Norman Cathedral, a jewel of Arab-Norman art with its famous golden mosaics. In the evening, transfer to Palermo, check-in at the hotel, and overnight stay.

Day #7: PALERMO AIRPORT
After check-out, transfer to Palermo Airport and return the rental car.
